1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session or accessing services provided by TMC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.
2. Clinical & Coaching Disclaimer
Services provided include clinical psychology consultations, executive performance coaching, and group workshops. While our practitioners are fully licensed professionals, consultations provided online do not replace emergency medical care or acute crisis management. If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, please call your local emergency services immediately.
3. Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellation
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a late cancellation fee.
4. Client Confidentiality
All patient records and clinical session notes are strictly protected under international healthcare privacy standards (including HIPAA and GDPR principles). No personal health information is disclosed without explicit written consent.
